Creamed Oyster Crepes
|Oyster liquor||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Add Cream To Make 1 Cup)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Drain oysters and pat dry with paper towels.
Save the liquor.
Melt butter and blend in flour.
Stir in oyster liquor slowly.
Add salt and curry powder.
Heat to simmer temperature and add oysters.
Heat oysters thoroughly but do not boil.
Season with lemon juice.
Divide between warm crepes and roll up.
Add parsley garnish.
