Creamed Oyster Crepes

Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Pint
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Oyster liquor 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Add Cream To Make 1 Cup)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Crepes 8 (Warm)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Drain oysters and pat dry with paper towels.
Save the liquor.
Melt butter and blend in flour.
Stir in oyster liquor slowly.
Add salt and curry powder.
Heat to simmer temperature and add oysters.
Heat oysters thoroughly but do not boil.
Season with lemon juice.
Divide between warm crepes and roll up.
Add parsley garnish.
