Cabbage Souffle Salad
|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/Vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice or vinegar.
Cool until partially set; beat with a rotary beater until fluffy.
Beat in salad dressing.
Fold in cabbage and pineapple.
Chill until firm.
