Ingredients
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Catsup 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients except vinegar.
Beat until well blended.
Add vinegar; beat thor oughly.
