Party Peach Melba
|Canned peach halves||16 Ounce, drained|
|Toasted almonds||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen raspberries||10 Ounce, partially thawed|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Pint|
Place a peach half in each individual serving dish; sprinkle with almonds.
Spoon raspberries on top.
Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, top each serving with a scoop of ice cream.
