Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , peeled and chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Dried tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crepes 8
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Break tuna into small chunks.
Combine tuna, eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, relish, parsley, tarragon, and chervil.
Divide mixture between crepes and roll up.
Brush tops with butter.
Heat at 350°F for 20 minutes or until crepes are hot throughout.
