Chocolate Dessert Crepe Batter

This Chocolate Dessert Crepe Batter has transformed my dessert menu from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Just take a bite of this crepe to know the magic of this Chocolate Dessert Crepe batter and tell me if you like the soft and smooth feel of the crepe !
Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) ((or add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to 1 1/4 cups regular milk))
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Mixer or whisk method: In medium mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, sugar, and cocoa, alternating with buttermilk, beating with electric mixer or whisk until smooth.
Beat in melted butter.
Blender method: Combine ingredients in blender jar; blend for about 1 minute.
Scrape down sides with rubber spatula and blend for another 15 seconds or until smooth.
Refrigerate batter for at least 1 hour before use.
