Golden French Dressing
|Olive oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (or salad oil)|
|Onions||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
Combine dry ingredients; moisten with a small amount of oil.
Add vinegar, onions and remaining oil; beat or shake vigorously.
NOTE: A well beaten egg yolk may be added just before serving to give softness.
