Cinnamon French Toast
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White bread slices||10 (Slightly Stale)|
Break eggs into a pie plate; stir in sugar, cinnamon, salt, and milk.
Dip each bread slice into this mixture as you are ready to put it in the skillet.
Be sure bread absorbs on both sides.
Heat butter in medium skillet.
Put in 1 slice of soaked bread.
When bottom side is golden, turn it.
Remove cooked toast to a warming platter.
Serve French toast with your favorite syrup or thick jam.
