Orange Sauce (for Orange Souffle)

This orange souffle sauce recipe is made to go with orange souffles and is prepared with orange juice, cornstarch and sugar. Served warm, this orange sauce can liven up any orange souffle.
Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Frozen orange-juice concentrate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (or margarine)
Directions

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and dash salt.
Stir in concentrate and water.
Cook and stir till thick.
Stir in butter.
Serve warm.
