Slender French Toast

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 2 Tablespoon, thawed, undiluted
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter flavoring 2 Drop
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat bread slice 4
  Powdered sugar 1 Teaspoon, sifted
Directions

Combine egg whites, orange juice concentrate, flavorings, and spices in a shallow bowl, beat well.
Coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray, place over medium heat until hot.
Dip bread, one slice at a time, into egg white mixture, coating well.
Arrange in skillet, and cook on medium heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
