Shredded Liver With Carrot And French Beans

Ingredients
  Lamb liver 1 Kilogram, skinned and shredded
  Carrots 4 , peeled and shredded 2" x 3" length
  French beans 8 , cut into 2" length
  Onions 2 , quartered
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Soy ginger sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Corn flour 2 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook shredded liver in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Drain well.
Heat oil, fry onions, garlic for 2 minutes, add liver pieces, salt and soya ginger sauce.
Stir well add vegetables.
Mix the cornflour, soya sauce, chilli sauce with 1 1/2 cup water.
Pour the sauce mixture over the liver and cook for further 5 minutes till sauce thickens.
Serve hot.
Note: For richer flavour add 1 teaspoon sherry.
VEGETARIAN VERSION:
Take 1/4 kg. toffu or cottage cheese (cut into strips 2 1/2 " in length).
Rub soya sauce and fry.
