Pepperoni'N Cheese Crescents

Ingredients
  Refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls 8 Ounce (Pillsbury)
  Pepperoni slice/8 slices (3-inch diameter) pepperoni 24 Medium (1.5-Inch Diameter)
  Natural provolone cheese/Low moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese 2 Medium, quartered (Kraft, 4-Inch Diameter)
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
Directions

Heat oven to 375°F.
Separate dough into 8 triangles.
Place 3 slices of pepperoni, slightly overlapping, on center of each triangle; top each with quartered cheese slice.
Roll up; start at shortest side of triangle and roll to opposite point.
Place rolls point-side-down on ungreased cookie sheet; curve into crescent shape.
Brush rolls with egg white.
Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown.
HIGH ALTITUDE-Above 3500 Feet: No change.
