Classic French Dressing With Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar/Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Toss salad greens (about 12 cups) with oil just until leaves glisten.
Combine vinegar, salt, garlic, monosodium glutamate and pepper; toss with salad mixture.
