Ingredients
  Soaked walnuts 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Nama shoyu 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sea salt 2 Pinch
  Cumin To Taste
  Cilantro 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Scallions 2
  Carrots 2
  Celery stalks 2
Directions

Put all in a food processor and pulse for 20-30 seconds. Serve on anything!

Hey there, I had some Walnut Tuna this weekend during my Holistic Health course and to get the 'tuna' taste, add kelp flakes (or any other seaweed). Hope that helps. I absolutely love this dish. And thank you for the camping idea, we were planning on going camping soon and I did not want to forego our vegan, preferably raw, diet. Peace, Patrina
