|Minced parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Pour hot white sauce on the beaten egg-yolks, while stirring constantly.
Cool and then add minced chicken, parsley and onion, and last fold in beaten egg-whites.
Pour into a greased casserole set in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven of 375° F. for 45 to 50 min.
Serve with Mushroom Sauce or Green Pea Sauce.
