  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Raw honey 2 Tablespoon
  Milk/Cream 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients to consistency of heavy mayonnaise.
Serve chilled in sherbet glasses (with topping if desired).
