Easy Chocolate Crepes
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place eggs in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients in order given and beat well, mix flour and cocoa, beat, sugar and milk, beat, vanilla and cooled butter, beat.
Set batter aside for at least 1 hour.
Heat a small skillet or crepe pan.
Brush very lightly with butter.
Place 1 tablespoon crepe batter into pan.
Pick up pan by its handle and swirl batter so it covers the edges.
This is fun.
Cook just 1 minute, then turn.
These cook quickly.
When done, remove to paper towels.
Fill and enjoy, or store in freezer for the future.
