1. In a large flameproof casserole, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, sausage, and onion and cook, stirring often, until meats are lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
2. Add beans, tomatoes, and broth. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in parsley, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
