Oven-Baked French Toast

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raw honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 6
Directions

Melt the butter and honey in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Mix well, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Beat the eggs, juice, and salt together.
Soak the bread slices in the egg mixture, but do not let the bread become so wet that it falls apart.
Arrange the slices close together on top of the honey mixture.
Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degree until set.
Invert the toast when serving.
Serve with more honey.
