French Onion Soup For Dinner

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sherry 4 Tablespoon
  Beef broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Herbs 1 Bunch (100 gm), bay leaf, savory and chives tied together
  Grated cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Croutons 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Medium heat the saucepan.
Add butter to the pan, melt it.
Add onion, caramelize it.
Add sherry, and beef broth.
Immerse the herbs, remove them after a few minutes.
Set the pan aside.
Serve in a bowl.
Top with croutons and cheese.

French onion soup ...Slurp!!. The cooked onions look so delicious chef. A nice warm bowl of soup is what I would like to cuddle up to for a nice quite evening.
