Beef Burgundy Part 3 - Cheese Biscuits And Romaine Salad
|Salad greens||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Light sour cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
Directions for preparation:
• Mix all the salad dressing ingredients together (mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, vinegar and garlic gusto seasoning).
• You can add some milk to thin it out.
• Mix it with the salad just before serving.
• Serve the stew in a bowl and biscuits on the side along with the salad.
