Serve the Party Liver Pate at your next kitty party! The Party Liver Pate is one of the best chicken liver Party recipes that I've come across. Please get back to me after you've tried them out!
  Butter/Chicken fat 1⁄4 Pound
  Onion 1 Large
  Chicken livers 1 Pound
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Melt butter or chicken fat in medium skillet; lightly tan chopped onion.
Add chicken livers, cook until they are slightly pink at the center, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Put entire mixture through a food mill so it is ground very smooth.
If you use a colander instead of a food mill, you may want to put the liver mixture through twice to ensure a smooth texture.
Last, add Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper.
Mix together well with a spoon.
Shape pate into a greased mold for a party.
Turn out on a serving plate and surround with party crackers so that guests may help themselves.
