Spaghetti Souffle

Ingredients
  Boiled spaghetti 10 Ounce
  White sauce 16 Ounce
  Egg 2
  Green chilies 4 , chopped
  Chopped coriander 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking cheese 100 Gram, grated
  Butter 100 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix the white sauce and spaghetti. Add the coriander, green chillies, salt and pepper and half the cheese.
Beat the egg-whites stiffly.
Add the beaten egg-whites to the spaghetti mixture.
Pour the mixture in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the balance cheese on top. Dot with butter.
Bake in a hot oven at 400°F. for 25 minutes.
Serve hot. Note: This souffle will be light but will not set. If you want the souffle to set, add 2 egg-yolks to the white sauce.
