Garlic French Dressing

Ingredients
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
Directions

Combine ingredients in jar.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Store several days before using.
Makes 1-2/3 cups.
PEPPERY GARLIC DRESSING To above recipe, add 2 Tblsp, lemon juice, dash freshly ground pepper, and if desired, 1/4 tsp.
crushed red pepper.
