Thousand Island Dressing French - Style

Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Hard boiled egg 2
  Minced green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Small
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in jar.
Cover and shake vigorously.
Chill.
Remove garlic before using.
Serve on greens.
Makes 2 cups.
