Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Method Make pastry dough and chill; line flan ring.
Beat the eggs and the yolks in a bowl and stir in cheese and cream or milk with season- ing to taste.
Melt butter in a small pan, add bacon and sliced onion or whole scallions and cook slowly until golden-brown; drain off ex- cess fat.
Add to egg mixture, stir and pour into uncooked flan shell.
Bake in a moderately hot oven (375°F) for 25-30 minutes, or until egg mixture is set and browned.
