Shrimp And Crab Au Gratin

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Gravy base 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Processed american cheese 5 Ounce
  Cooked lump crab meat/7 1/2-ounce canned crab meat, drained and cartilage removed 8 Ounce
  Shelled shrimp 8 Ounce
  Paprika To Taste
  Toast points 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In saucepan melt butter; blend in flour and chicken base.
Add milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add 7 cup of the cheese; stir to melt.
Tint with a few drops of yellow food coloring.
Cut crab meat into pieces; add crab and shrimp to creamed mixture.
Pour into four 8-ounce casserole dishes, top with remaining cheese, and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350° till hot, 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with toast points.
