Chocolate Salted Mousse with Vanilla Creme

Join UK Master Chef Mark Allison on WCNC Charlotte Today Show to learn to make Chocolate Salted Mouse with Vanilla Creme and Raspberries.

Chef Allison has recently joined The City Kitch team and will be conducting classes at their new commercial kitchen in Charlotte, NC.

Ingredients

Eggs 4
Chocolate 10 Ounce
Sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Heavy whipping cream 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. In a saucepan, mix together heavy whipping cream and milk. Place on the stove and warm.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add in the eggs, chocolate, salt and pour in the warm cream mixture. Stir until chocolates are melted.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours to overnight.

SERVING

4. In a serving glass, make the layer of mousse, raspberries and whipped heavy whipping cream.
