Béchamel Sauce With Chicken Broth
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (and)|
Place butter in a 4-cup glass measure; microwave at HIGH for 45 seconds or until melted.
Add flour; stirring until smooth.
Combine broth and half-and-half; gradually add to flour mixture, stirring well.
Microwave at HIGH for 31/2 to 4 minutes, stirring at 1-minute intervals until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in seasonings.
