French Chocolate Cream

|Chocolate chips||12 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rum extract/Vanilla||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
Melt chocolate chips over hot water, or in a heavy pan on low heat, stirring often. Add water and the extract; beat until smooth. Cool slightly. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Pour into cooled meringue shells. Chill.
