Orange French Toast
|Orange juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|White bread slices||8|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, divided|
Combine eggs, orange juice, powdered sugar, and cinnamon in container of electric blender; blend well.
Pour egg mixture into a shallow container.
Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, coating well on each side.
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet; fry 4 bread slices until golden brown on each side.
Repeat procedure with remaining butter and bread.
