Orange Chantilly Cream
|Whipping cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cointreau/Orange-flavored liqueur||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine whipping cream and sugar in a chilled bowl; beat at low speed of an electric mixer until blended.
Increase speed to high, and beat just until stiff peaks begin to form.
Combine sour cream, liqueur, orange rind, and vanilla; fold gently into whipped cream just until blended.
Serve with fruit in meringues.
