Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries 2 Ounce
  Balsamic vinaigrette 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shallots 1 Small, peeled
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY,
1. Peel the shallots, set aside.

MAKING
2. In the blender out the extra virgin olive oil, fresh rasberries, balsamic vinaigrette and shallots.
3. Blend until smooth about 1-2 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve the balsamic vinaigrette along with you fresh salad.

NOTE
To make another version mash the rasberries with a fork in a cup add balsamic vinaigrette and sweetener.
