Ingredients
  Baking potato 1 Medium
  Egg white 1
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Dash
Directions

Cut potato lengthwise into wedges. Brush cut sides with beaten egg white; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and oregano. Bake 25 minutes or until tender
