Tequila Fruit Flambé

Ingredients
  Pineapple 1
  Mango 1
  Banana 1
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Allspice 1 Teaspoon
  Tequila 2 Ounce
For serving
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel the pineapple, mango and banana. Slice in cubes.

MAKING
2. In a pan place all the cubed fruits, butter and allspice.
3. Stir in high temperature for 4 minutes.
4. Take out the pan from the heat and pour in the tequila. Fire with matchstick, use long matchstick to play safe. Let it flambé for a few minutes.

SERVING
5. In a plate place ice cream and top it with tequila fruit flambé and enjoy!
