French Toast Ham Sandwich With Rarebit Sauce

Ingredients
  Chopped canned ham 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pickle relish 1 Teaspoon
  French bread slice 4
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Barbecue sauce 1 Dash
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix meat with enough mayonnaise to moisten, and add relish.
Makes 2 generously filled sandwiches of bread and meat mixture.
Mix egg, milk and barbecue sauce.
Dip sandwich quickly in mixture.
Fry in melted butter on both sides until golden.
Cut diagonally, and serve covered with Rarebit Sauce.
