1.In a pot add sugar and water to raspberry to sweeten it/ Allow the mixture to boil for few minutes, until it thickens into a nice rich sauce.
2.In a bowl, with a whisk or your hands, make a smooth mixture of milk, flour and egg.
3. Heat a pan on low heat and slowly pour the mixture into the pan and spread it out evenly by moving it in circular motions so that it spreads into a circle.
4. When you see bubbles coming up, you flip it over to the other side to cook.
5. Once its cooked on both sides, plate it and pour the Coulis inside and over the crepes. You could also pour some whipped cream over the crepe if desired.
