Bitter sweet chocolate
7 Ounce (72%)
1 Cup (16 tbs) (organic)
1) In a pot, heat the heavy cream until scalded.
2) Cut the chocolate into small pieces with a serrated knife and transfer into a large deep stainless steel bowl.
3) Pour the scalded heavy cream over the chocolate, stir with a wire whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and the sauce is creamy.
4) Use the Ganache to drizzle on cakes, pies, bananas or as desired.
