Bananas with Roasted Hazelnuts and Ganache

This recipe video demonstrates how to make a luxurious dessert with bananas, cream, hazelnuts and chocolate Ganache.


Banana 2 Large (organic)
Hazelnuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (as needed)
Caramel sauce 1 Tablespoon (as needed)
Chocolate ganache. 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon (as needed)
Butter 1 Tablespoon



1) In a skillet, melt the butter on high heat and toss in the hazelnuts or filberts, shake the skillet for about 1 minute until the hazelnuts are nicely coated and buttery.

2) Cut the bananas in half on the bias, peel and arrange on a serving plate.

3) Place the toasted hazelnuts or filberts on the sides of the bananas.

4) Drizzle the bananas and hazelnuts with the caramel sauce.

5) Then drizzle the chocolate ganache across the plate on the bananas and hazelnuts.

6) Add a little heavy cream over the top of each of the bananas.


7) Serve the Bananas with Roasted Hazelnuts and Ganache immediately.
