Break eggs into bowl.
Add water and seasonings.
Beat until frothy.
Heat small omelet pan until drop of water dances when dropped in center of pan.
Put butter or margarine in pan, and tilt so that all surfaces are coated.
Pour in eggs, and stir with tines of fork until edges beginto set.
Allow omelet to cook until surface is creamy; then fold in half or roll and slide onto warm plate.
