SAKURA Crème Brûlée

SAKURA Crème brûlée 桜クリームブリュレをお花見
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 5
  Milk 330 Milliliter
  Heavy cream 200 Milliliter
  Sugar 195 Gram (135 grams +60 grams)
  Picked sakura petals 10 Gram
Directions

Put 5 Egg Yolks in the bowl
Add 135 grams of sugar into the bowl
Use mixer to whip the blend well
Add remaining sugar until the egg yolks are a lighter color
Use 7 cherry blossom petals
And add hot water and leave for at least 15 minutes
Remove extra water
Put cherry petals in food processer
Add 100 ml of milk into the food processer
Transfer milk mixture into the pot
Add milk and heavy cream
Gradually add milk egg mixture
Leave for at least 10 minutes
Put the mixture into the dishes
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Put hot water into the pan
Add 1 tsp of sugar on top
Use burner to melt the sugar
