Potatoes Au Gratin
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Processed cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Boil potatoes, either in jackets or peeled, until just tender. Remove skins; cube or slice potatoes. Combine butter, flour, salt, pepper. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook while stirring until thickened. Add finely cut cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add potatoes and additional salt, if needed. Pour into buttered baking pans. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is lightly browned.
