Gluten Free Savory Crepe

Ingredients
  Butter stick 1
  Almond milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Gluten free flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 3 Large
  Olive oil 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Small (dairy free (1 stick), as required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixer bowl, add the almond milk, eggs, olive oil and salt.
2) Then add levelled scoops of flour and blend the ingredients thoroughly.
3) Place a flat surface pan over a medium-high heat and coat the surface with butter.
4) Ladle over the batter and rotate the pan to swirl the batter so the pan is nicely coated with the batter.
5) Flip over the crepe after cooking for a few seconds and lightly browned on both sides.
6) Repeat the same process with rest of the batter.

SERVING
7) Spread the crepe with nutella or any other topping, fold the crepe into triangles and serve.
