Trout Lorraine

Ingredients
  Trout 1 Medium
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Roll each trout lightly in flour.
Fry trout in 1/4 cup butter in skillet over low heat until golden brown on each side; salt.
Cook, covered, over very low heat for 8 minutes.
Place trout on hot platter.
Add 4 tablespoons butter to pan drippings; pour in cream.
Simmer, stirring constantly until mixture is heated through.
Pour over trout.
