French Toast

Ingredients
  Slices of bread 8 Medium (thick French bread)
  Eggs 5 Large
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Beat together egg, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
2) Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat.
3) Soak bread slices in egg mixture for 20 second on each side, or until thoroughly coated. Cook bread until both sides are lightly browned and crisp.

SERVING
4) Serve the French toasts while they are still hot and french. Sprinkle with some cinnamon or some powdered sugar if preferred.
