Leeks Au Gratin

|Leeks||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
Wash and trim leeks.
Cook in boiling, salted water to cover for 15 minutes or until tender; drain.
Arrange in buttered baking dish; sprinkle with pepper and cheese.
Heat under broiler until cheese is browned.
