Vegan Gluten-Free French Toast

Ingredients
For the country french toast
  Bread slices 8
  Raw cashews 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Stevia powder/Maple syrup 1⁄8 Teaspoon (1 tbsp maple syrup)
For the maple almond french toast
  Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Hemp seeds/Non-dairy milk 1 Tablespoon (1 cup non-dairy milk)
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Stevia powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Almond butter 2 Tablespoon
  Gluten free flour 3 Tablespoon
  Bread slices 2
For the vegan banana french toast
  Hemp seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Banana 1
  Cinnamon powder 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Stevia 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chia seeds/Ground flaxseed 2 Tablespoon
Directions

FOR THE COUNTRY FRENCH TOAST

MAKING
1. In a mini blender combine the cashew in water, blend until smooth.
2. Once done add vanilla, cinnamon powder and stevia, blend once again until well combined.
3. Pour into a flat surface plate, soak the bread slices.
4. Toast the bread in a nonstick pan until brown on all sides.

SERVING
5. Serve with a hot cup of coffee.

FOR THE MAPLE ALMOND FRENCH TOAST

MAKING
1. In a mini blender grind the flax seed.
2. Add the hemp seeds, water, cinnamon powder, vanilla, stevia, nutmeg, almond butter and gluten free flour.
3. Blend everything until well combined.
4. Pour into a flat surface plate, soak the bread slices.
5. Toast the bread in a nonstick pan until brown on all sides.

SERVING
6. Serve with a hot cup of coffee.

FOR THE VEGAN BANANA FRENCH TOAST

MAKING
1. In a mini blender combine hemp seed, water, banana, cinnamon powder, vanilla, stevia and chia seeds.
2. Blend everything until well combined.
3. Pour into a flat surface plate, soak the bread slices.
4. Toast the bread in a nonstick pan until brown on all sides.

SERVING
5. Serve with a hot cup of coffee.
