Shrimp Lorraine

Ingredients
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Half and half 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 1 1⁄2 Pound, shelled
  Apricot brandy 3 Tablespoon
  Mushroom buttons 4 Ounce
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Saute parsley, green pepper and onion in small amount of fat in skillet.
Add soy sauce, mushroom soup and half and half; stir over low heat until smooth.
Add nutmeg, shrimp, brandy and mushrooms.
Add grated cheese just before serving.
Serve hot over rice.
