Graziella shares a divine chocolate mousse recipe that is super- healthy, but doesn't taste like it! You'll never believe the ingredients!
2 Medium, halved
Extra virgin coconut oil/Coconut cream
4 Tablespoon (Coconut milk may also be used as an alternate ingredient)
4 Gram (4 small packets of truvia used)
1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Pure unprocessed cocoa used)
1. Take a blender or food processor, put the avocados, 4 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil, maple syrup, truvia, tamari, red wine and vanilla. Blend until creamy and smooth.
2. Add the pure cocoa and blend again until well combined.
3. Serve in a shallow glass or cup, chilled or at room temperature.
