French Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
  Egg whites 3
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Saltine crackers 20 Small
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dessert topping mix 4 Ounce
  Powdered sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Softened cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Blueberry pie filling 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; add sugar gradually.
Mix crackers, vinegar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, baking powder and pecans together; fold in egg whites.
Spread mixture into buttered 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Cool.
Prepare topping mix according to package directions; add powdered sugar, remaining vanilla and cream cheese.
Spread over meringue.
Chill for at least 5 hours.
Spread cream cheese layer with pie filling.
